BUMAS muzzle for Hungarian Vizsla

The BUMAS muzzle, made from lightweight and soft BioThane®, was developed by us specifically for the Hungarian Vizsla and dogs of similar size. This muzzle will fit your dog if the closed snout circumference is approx. 26 cm (+/- 1 cm) and the snout length is approx. 8.5 cm (+/- 1 cm). If the Hungarian Vizsla BUMAS does not fit your dog after all, you can return it undamaged and unworn within 2 weeks and, if you wish, order a custom-made BUMAS for your dog instead.

The right BUMAS muzzle for your purpose

Our BUMAS breed muzzles are made with a small number of BioThane® straps. This results in a lightweight, soft muzzle that offers your dog the highest possible wearing comfort. Ideal for public transport, cable cars, strolls through public places and similar situations.
If your main concerns are scavenging, aggressive behavior or high stress levels, we clearly recommend a custom-made BUMAS muzzle with the appropriate protective options. BioThane® muzzles are not recommended for large dogs with a strong intent to cause damage.

Hungarian Vizsla muzzles – developed from years of experience

We developed our breed muzzles from many years of experience producing BioThane® muzzles. That is also why there is not a BUMAS breed muzzle for every dog breed: sizes vary considerably, even within one breed. And it is not only size that matters, but also shape and cut. Some breeds need a forehead strap (flat snouts) or a metal buckle (long fur, trimming). We paid close attention to this when developing the BUMAS breed muzzles, because the best wearing comfort for your dog is what matters most to us!
