There is no data transfer to third parties, except the transfer of credit card data to the responsible banking institution to process the payment of the purchase price, to our delivery agent to deliver the ordered products and to our accountant to fulfill our tax obligations.

In case of contract conclusion, this data is going to be saved until the end of the retention period, which we are required to keep for our tax obligation.

The following data will be saved until the end of the product liability period: Name, address, purchased products and purchase date. The data processing is based on § 96/3 TKG as well as Art 6/1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfilment) of the GDPR.
