Getting in touch with us
If you get in touch with us via our website or via e-mail, your data is going to be saved and used to process your request and help you with follow up questions. We are not going to transfer any of your data without your consent.
For the purpose of ensuring the smooth purchase process and for the contract processing we are saving name and address of the buyer.
We collect personal data that you voluntarily submit to us when you place an order, contact us (e.g. via contact form or by email) or open a customer account with us. Mandatory fields are marked as such because we absolutely need those data to perform the contract or process your contact request or open your customer account, and you would otherwise not be able to complete your order and/or create your customer account or send the contact request. There is no data transfer to third parties, except the transfer of credit card data to the responsible banking institution to process the payment of the purchase price, to our delivery agent to deliver the ordered products and to our accountant to fulfill our tax obligations.
In case of contract conclusion, this data is going to be saved until the end of the retention period, which we are required to keep for our tax obligation.
The following data will be saved until the end of the product liability period: Name, address, purchased products and purchase date. The data processing is based on § 96/3 TKG as well as Art 6/1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfilment) of the GDPR.

Our website uses social plugins (“plugins”) provided by the social network facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA. The plugins are identifiable by a Facebook logo (white letter f on blue background or a thumb up icon).
When you visit a page of our website that contains a social plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to Facebook servers. Facebook directly transfers the plugin content to your browser which embeds the latter into the website, enabling Facebook to receive information about your having accessed the respective page of our website. Thus we have no influence on the data gathered by the plugin and inform you according to our state of knowledge. The embedded plugins provide Facebook with the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our website. If you are logged into Facebook, your visit can be assigned to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking “Like”, or entering a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted from your browser directly to Facebook and stored by it.
If you are a Facebook member and do not want Facebook to connect the data concerning your visit to our website with your member data already stored by Facebook, please log off Facebook before entering our website and delete your cookies. Further you can block Facebook social plug-ins by using add-ons for your browser, like the “Facebook Blocker” or change your facebook settings to block the usage of your data for advertising purposes:https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads.
If you do not want to connect the data concerning your visit to our website we have an “opt-out” possibility implemented in our website, which stops the data transfer of your website visit.
